Tuition anf Financial Aid

Each year awards for scholarship will be made in the amount equivalent to tuition for 20% of the incoming class, either in part or in full. Prior recipients of awards must reapply each year, demonstrating high academic performance for the past year. Applicants should understand that funds available for scholarship are severely limited, especially in the early years when capital expenditures for furniture, equipment, and building renovation take precedence. Awards will be based on past academic performance and on financial need. Members of the Scholarship Committee whose decisions are final will decide apportioning of awards. Scholarships may be terminated in the event of poor academic performance or behaviour problems in the course of the year.

  1. Students applying for scholarship must provide
  2. authenticated evidence of past academic performance,
  3. must submit two recommendations – one from their prior school and another from someone outside the school,
  4. Must submit a handwritten essay as to why they in particular should receive a scholarship, and
  5. Parents must provide the Committee with convincing evidence of their need for financial aid, preferably specifying figures regarding salary, financial obligations, debts incurred, and so forth. All such information will be kept confidential.

Although all applicants may justifiably claim need of some financial aide, the Committee must select those who are, in their best opinion, most deserving.
